VIP will be offering Camps and Clinics for all aspiring volleyballers to help achieve their potential.
We are fortunate here in Australia to have many good/great coaches, we have Olympians, National Team Coaches, International Coaches. We are all continually learning, as coaches and players, and to assist with our education and development:
- VIP will employ prominent Australian coaches
- VIP will bring to Australia, coaches of the highest calibre who in their own careers have accomplished astounding achievements.
It is a unique opportunity to listen, learn and benefit from the knowledge internationally respected and high achieving coaches. Something we hope to provide annually.

VIP are proud to offer an Australian First!!
VIP are bringing Giba and Mauricio Lima to Australia in January 2024. They will be leading camps, volleyball experiences, providing learning opportunities for players and coaches in three states: NSW, WA and Victoria.
We also are providing the unique opportunity to participate in A Legends Game. This is where you can play with and against Giba and Mauricio. There is the opportunity for anyone who wants to see the Brazilian legends in action to attend.
We are offering something for everyone:
Aspiring professional volleyballers - for the lads, a training session that also serves as a trial/scouting opportunity to play with our ‘associated team’ Volei Renata.
Developing volleyballers - full day camps for males and females.
Specialist Setting and PH clinics.
Coaches, you are not forgotten - spend the evening with Giba and Mauricio talking volleyball and then be able to attend the two full days of camps.
Volleyball enthusiasts - acknowledgers of volleyball brilliance - hit the court in the Legends Game. Play with and against Giba and Mauricio. All players receive a playing top, have photo and autograph opportunities.
Non-Volleyballers/past our prime volleyballers/admirers of Giba and Mauricio - come and watch our legends matches. Packages for attendance can include game shirts, photo and autograph opportunities.

Giba
For much of the 2000s, he was widely regarded as one of the best volleyball players in the world. During his professional career he played in Brazil, Italy, Russia, Argentina and UAE. He is mostly remembered for his successes with the national team

Coaching Clinics
Talent Scouting
Camps will focus on building strong volleyball skills, and how they translate into game play. Education, training and development go hand in hand at these one day camps. Skills will be put into practice to improve ‘game readiness’ and sharpen your ability to read the game.

All camp participants will receive a camp t-shirt and go into the running to win prizes throughout the day.
Who can attend?
Camps will be held in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney in January2024 and are open to all youth and juniors. Some experience in the game is required. All skill levels welcomed as athletes will be assigned court dependent on ability.
Evening seminars led by Brazil’s national and Olympic volleyball player Giba are open to all coaches irrespective of their current level of coaching experience or qualifications. Join us for an insightful evening where you can hear first-hand stories of life as a professional coach with the responsibility of National and Olympic teams.
Juba has had the benefit of developing programs for a variety of players from beginners to elite. His knowledge and expertise will aid you in the development of your own programs.
Come armed with questions and an inquiring mind.

Seminars will be held in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney in January2024 and are open to all coaches/players . All Clubs and Academy personel are welcome
What an opportunity to be watch and possibly scouted for a top Brazilian club. VIP is in a unique position to have a partnership with "Volei Renata". One of the Premier League Clubs in the Brazilian National Volleyball Competition. Volei Renata finished 4th in the 2023 National League Competition and Giba will be available to review your skills and techniques. He will then decide if you could be invited to try out for their team in Brazil, ahead of the 2024 National League Season
Who can attend?
Scouting morning will be held in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney in January2024 and are open to all players from 16 - 21 years of age. Some experience in the game is required. All skill levels welcomed as athletes will be assigned court dependent on ability.
Legends Games
Want to play with an Olympian Champion? Yes you can have an opportunity to play on the same team as Giba or Mauricio when you sign up for the "Game of Legends".
Giba and Mauricio have agreed to play on opposing teams as are young athletes take to the courts with one of these Legendary volleyballers. Space will be limited as only 20 athletes will be invited to play a game alongside these Olympians.
"Game with Legends" will be held in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney in January2024 and are open to all players. Some experience in the game is required. Athletes are asked to fill in the request via a jotform (details below) Places are limited so get in quick.
